Significant Addition to ProtoKinetix’ Board of Directors

ProtoKinetix Inc.’s (PKTX) Board of Directors is pleased to announce the appointment of Max Arella PhD to their Board. Dr. Arella brings with him a wealth of experience in academic research, scientific consultation and the start up of technological companies. He is trilingual, a motivated professional and a technological entrepreneur who achieves concrete results. Currently Dr. Arella is involved with scientific development from the laboratory to the marketplace.

Dr. Arella received a PhD in Virology from the Institut Armand Frappier / Université de Rouen (France) in 1983. He did his Post-doctorate in Biotechnology at the Roche Institute of Molecular Biology, New Jersey (USA) in 1984.

Since 1984, as a consultant and entrepreneur he has advised numerous clients and businesses as well as assisting in the management of companies with technological positioning and negotiations. He has also evaluated markets for several companies with a view to determine the most effective ways to commercialize technological discoveries coming from universities, research institutes and hospitals.
